Energetic, vibrant and wholehearted, Chef Jess Liemantara made her television debut on Season 10 of MasterChef Australia in 2018. Showcasing an incredible talent and passion for desserts, Jess placed 4 th and undeniably won the hearts of viewers. Jess returned as the fan favourite of Season 12 of MasterChef Australia ‘Back to Win’ in 2020.

Between the seasons, Jess hungrily pursued a career as a pastry chef, finding herself working in Melbourne’s Omnom, The Press Club and Nobu. Jess’ zestful approach to all things sweet and savoury has led to several guest chef appearances and demonstrations both with Australian companies such as Woodlea, Kitchen Warehouse, Stone & Grove and KitchenAid, and even internationally with Raffles, Jakarta.

As a published author and popular Australian TV personality, Jess has shared her remarkable pastry skills through her cookbook, ‘A Zest of Jess’, and her YouTube channel. Jess is also the owner and chef behind her dessert and catering business, 'Jess Lemon', which offers a variety of hand-crafted, exclusive desserts.

Cancellations / Changes of your Class Booking
KOI Dessert Kitchen operate a no refund policy and as such we are unable to refund any class bookings where you decide to cancel a class booking 5 days or less prior to commencing your class, as a result of any change in personal circumstances, including medical grounds. No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind. If you cancel a class booking more than 5 days prior to commencing your class, this will result in a Credit Note in a Gift Card format where you can use it to purchase our desserts.
