Mother’s Day HIGH TEA MENU
Raspberry Noir - Dark chocolate, raspberry, chantilly
Coco Pandan - Coconut brulee, pandan, caramel, palm sugar
Autumn Fall - Maple syrup, biscoff, caramelised apple
Mango apricot macaron
Jar - Orange blossom pannacota, orange gel, mandarin, mint
Hazel - Belgian hazelnut gianduja, caramelised banana, salted caramel, coffee
Choux pastry with smoked ocean trout creme and roe
Parmesan cheese scone with yogurt cream
Scroll pastry with dashi, ponzu cream, and pickled radish

FINE PRINT: Minimum 2 people per high tea set. Please provide 48-hour notice for any dietary requirements. Due to the nature of the menu and ingredients used, we do not offer vegan and/or dairy-free menu. Bookings are highly recommended. High Tea time allocation is 1.5 hours per seating. Booking time is between 12pm to 3pm/4pm (last seating). Cancellation policy: 72 hours notification is required, in the case booking is cancelled less than 72 hours $110/person cancellation fee applies.
