We invite you to a dining experience where dessert takes centre stage. Our new concept applies patisserie techniques to prepare innovative dishes revolving around the concept of Reflections. Serious thought and consideration is given to every sweet dish, which arrives to the table with a sophisticated savoury accompaniment.
Each reflection involves layers of purpose to pair with its reflective snack and drink pairing (non-alcoholic). Delve into complex yet harmonious flavours, textures, and aromas as each course tell its own story.

Reflection 1 / By The Sea & From The Sea
Dessert: mignonette granita, lemon myrtle, beach herbs
Snack: poached mussels, green garlic, kombu
Reflection 2 / Humble
Dessert: puffed rice, yuzu sorbet, sake & bergamot
Snack: sushi rice, shallots
Reflection 3 / The Gardener & The Ceramist
Dessert: rosemary, blueberry, charcoal chocolate
Snack: pea tartlet, asparagus, podded peas
Reflection 4 / Strawberry & Tomato
Dessert: strawberry meringue, geraldton wax, compote
Snack: tomato water jelly, semi-dried tomato, chutney

Due to the nature of the menu and the ingredients used to create them, we are unable to accommodate any dietary requirements.
For groups of 6 and above please give us a call or send us an email. A 10% service charge applies for groups of 6 and above.
We kindly ask guests to arrive on time for their reservation. We are only able to hold your reservation for 15 MINUTES. In the case you are running late, you will be forfeiting the dishes that you missed. To preserve the dining experience for guests, we kindly only permit children over the age of 13. Please note there is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation within 48 hours prior to your reservation will incur a $155 charge per person. Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a $50 fee per person. Menu and price may change unadvised and at the Chef's discretion. A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and 1.5% Card Payment surcharge applies.
